I called terry out to a rental property in Waco, GA on January 2nd for a report of a leaking faucet from the renter. Within a few hours he was on site and determined that the cartridge was bad, but the faucet was so old that there was no model number on it and it was best to just replace it. His team was efficient, communicative and did a great job resolving the issue swiftly! Thank you Lee Plumbing!

This guy is amazing. In my opinion he is one of the last businesses making this area feel small town. Very honest, very kind to my wife, kids, and family if they are with my kids, very accommodating to me as I work on the road daily. He is incredibly fair in his pricing and stands by his work. I have had him work on our home three times, regrettably all small jobs, but he shows up, does the work well, and he will be my go to plumber until he quits no matter the job. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. Don’t call one of the “big guys” due to a marketing scheme, call Lee Plumbing.

The best plumber around. I had Lee Plumbing put in a tankless water heater, utility sink and fix a leaking toilet. Lee was significantly cheaper than another high rated company using the exact same tankless water heater. His quality of work is impeccable. Every time I have called him, he shows up on time, and does great workmanship. Not sure what else you could ask for. He will continue to get my business.

Perry is FANTASTIC!!! I couldn’t be happier with his service! He is very professional and knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain my problem and share solutions. He is extremely prompt! It is nice to call and get a human on the phone and not having to navigate through an electronic phone system. I was able to talk and text him directly, which helped me tremendously with my schedule. He was right on time with the scheduled appointment time, which is completely unheard of these days!!! I was VERY impressed and thankful for his service! He had me back up and running in less than an hour and fixed my hot water heater quickly with a part replacement. I just can’t say enough great things about his service! We started using Lee Plumbing at the beginning of the pandemic (potty training toddler flushed a diaper). Since then they have installed our water heater, added a regulator to our shower, fixed the plumbing in another shower, unclogged the toilet multiple times (razors, toys, what will kids not try to flush). They are so nice, always fast to respond, and very reasonably priced.

Mr. Lee was quick , knowledgeable and fixed my water heater with no issue. If I have another problem I won’t hesitate to call him for any plumbing issues

Since there was a service fee, he went out of his way to fix my kitchen sink and any other minor issues to ensure we got our value for the service charge. By far the #1 Plumber in West GA.

In 20 years as a home owner we have never needed plumbing services until last month our duel tank water heater went out. We had no idea who to call. Wound up calling this company after reading google reviews and was glad we did. Before coming out, they offered some troubleshooting advice on looking for an internal circuit breaker (that I had forgot water tanks have). That gesture, trying to solve our problem instead of just booking a service call, earned our trust. Turned out, that was not it and one tank was compromised and the other was on the way. These guys came out and installed a quality system in short order. Day before yesterday, Murphy struck again and our kitchen sink drain basket failed. That is something I would normally have just fixed myself, but with work being crazy, we called Lee’s again. They had us fixed in about half an hour. Easily worth the two or three hours it would have taken me. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Lee Plumbing did an over-and-above job installing our new shower. It took a while, but everything was done right, and the mess all cleaned up. Even gave me a referral for the drywall that needs to be done to finish it off. Will definitely use them again.
